LM2 Enterprises has adopted a "One Rate" pricing plan.  Photos, estimates, reports, total loss evaluations and more are all included.  The only variable you will see is travel time for assignments out of a 35 mile radius (due to the price of fuel).  Rates for subcontractor services to appraisal firms subject to possible 10% surcharge if agreed upon rates fail random audit.

Discounts are available for clients who provide their own/preferred licensed estimating software.
