Completed estimates and managed repair process for a number of Direct Repair clients from start to finish, including total losses, billing, and following client Best Practices.  Focus on reducing cycle time and improving efficiency.  Worked with parts department to ensure compliance with Reg 64. 

Outcomes:

§  Handled appx 30-40 estimates/repairs per week in a high volume production shop atmosphere.

Commercial Auto Team Leader , 12/04 to 1/08

Managed Regional Team of Commercial Auto Field Specialists (8 direct reports/11 states).  Duties included training new hires, ride-alongs, continuing support and education.  Completed QA and file audits to ensure consistent quality claim handling.  Draft Authority to 25K.
