We understand that an accident is the last thing a customer wants to deal with. We also recognize that the Insurance
Industry is cyclical, and subject to different degrees of growth and claims volume. We are here to relieve the pressure
of completing the field work on a claim, allowing your representative to focus on the heart of the claim file, the people
involved , to get them back on the road quickly.
Our focus is not only based on timeliness, but on providing the best customer service available. We realize the
need for prompt resolution of insurance claims, and will strive to provide the best product as quickly as possible, without
sacrificing a positive customer service experience or accuracy. Our specialties include (but are not limited to) Automobile/Light
Truck; Motorcycle; Recreational Vehicle; Powersports; Marine; and Medium/Heavy Truck damage appraisals. We are
equipped to complete valuations on all of the above, or are receptive to utilizing your own contracted vendors (for a nominal
administrative fee).
We will also handle losses to equipment (trailers, mowers, chippers, etc.), minor fixed private property claims,
scene investigations, Downtime/Loss of Use, and as necessary, appearances in Arbitration.
Our serivces are not limited to damage claim appraisals; we offer consulting services to both individuals and agencies.
Our economy is delicate; we respect the fact customers want to pay the best price for insurance, and to have the best coverage
available. Our Valuation service will provide a comprehensive overview of a vehicle's ACV (Actual Cash Value), to ensure
claim settlements are correct, and to assure customers they have selected the right coverage for their vehicle.
