May 6 - Opening day at the track. Cut a tire around lap 11, CVRA has me as finishing 8th (started 9th). New appreciation for the driver seat, as the track was a washboard and sticky. Thanks to Rick for picking up on what I was doing from the stands; his grandstand analysis of my driving was dead on. We need to build his car and get him back on the dirt. Anyone who knows of someone looking to get into sponsoring a car at a reasonable cost, please Email us at sponsors@lm2motorsports.com. May 13 - Friday the 13th.....................Turns out to be good luck, and LM2 Motorsports heads to Victory Circle for the first time in 2005 !

The program sent us out first again, it appears this is going to be the norm for the year. Started 6th, after getting bumped by the 26 after it rolled going into turn 1 on the first lap, I managed to be set up to start into the chase for the 129 car. on about lap 8, closing on the 129, his right rear bearing let go, opening the lead for me. Fortunately, no yellows for the rest of the event, giving me my First Win. Special thanks go to Rick for helping me figure out the track and the car; thanks also to Lussier's, Kneer's, TKC Graphics and Executive Cleaners; your help got us to the track for this season; and, thank you to our fans and supporters. We look forward to seeing you in Victory Circle again !
